Outplacement in the Retail Industry

Over the span of several years, Right Management has been leveraged to support a large retail client through multiple downsizings, including three large downsizing events. 

To support these downsizings, Right Management provided Notifier Training, Notification Support and Outplacement Programs. By setting up an efficient outplacement program structured by band level, Right Management has been able to mitigate the risks associated with downsizing while ensuring an optimal level of support to former employees. 

On average, former employees have reached their next career opportunity in less than 12 weeks.
