As Senior Vice President, Talent Solutions RPO Wayne is responsible for all business operations for North America. Wayne oversees a team of over 3,000 recruiting professionals in industries including Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences, Telecom, Logistics and Distribution, Retail, Hospitality and many more.

Wayne has served as Vice President of Global Business Innovation and Intelligence, where he provided leadership across RPO and TAPFIN (Talent Solutions’ MSP provider) to optimize Talent Solutions digital platforms (PowerSuite, IntelliReach, Econometrix, Business Intelligence) regionally. Prior to that Wayne served as a Vice President of Client Delivery, designing and implementing RPO solutions for several clients including a Fortune 50 telecommunications company.

During Wayne’s tenure with the company, he has developed a reputation as a sound business leader, a visionary and a people leader that builds engaged, high performing teams.

Wayne earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University and a master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from Appalachian State University.
