Marceline Beijer is the European Vice President for Talent Solutions, encompassing talent acquisition through managed service providing as well as recruitment process outsourcing.  She is responsible for the strategy definition and deployment from sales to operational delivery of multi-country programs across Europe.

By driving innovation and thought leadership and the development of people the ambition is to deliver strategic value to customers, and by this create strong growth for Talent Solutions.

Marceline joined Talent Solutions in 2019 with more than 20 years of experience within professional services in finance, marketing and outsourcing. Previously she held several roles ranging from finance, account management to general management, focusing on growing the client base whilst ensuring service delivery of the highest level across multiple geographies in Europe. She is passionate about creating a difference by using the benefits of the digital age.

Marceline has a MSc in Economics and a EMFC from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
