Director, Talent Solutions México & Right Management Latin America

Alberto Jose Alesi currently serves as Director for Talent Solutions México & Right Management Latam. Previously, he worked as Regional Director for Caribbean and Central America at ManpowerGroup.

Alesi has over 17 years of experience in human resources and web technology services as a leader in sales and business development. He has successfully implemented operations in multiple countries including Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and Central America among others, building high performance teams, policies, processes and standards.

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup in 2013, Alberto served as Country Director for ZonaJobs.com in Mexico, Country Manager at Bumeran.com Colombia and Sales Director at Bumeran.com Venezuela.

Alberto holds a degree in business administration from Nueva Esparta University of Venezuela and an MBA degree from the University of La Laguna, Spain. His academic development includes a major in marketing services by the Catholic University Andres Bello-Venezuela, a diploma in development of management skills by the Tecnológico de Monterrey-Mexico, and a diploma in senior management from IPADE-Mexico. He has also participated in activities as a university professor, giving lectures in financial matters, marketing and project evaluation.
