Sales and Marketing Specialist, EMEA

Dominika Gałusa joined ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in September 2019. Dominika is responsible for Internal Communications for Talent Solutions RPO and TAPFIN-MSP in EMEA, ensuring cross-brand and cross-border alignment, and focuses on Sales Enablement. She works across multiple teams globally to support Brand Awareness initiatives and EMEA marketing campaigns.  

Dominika is a communicator with a strong international background, enthusiastic about connecting employees from different cultural backgrounds. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, she worked in London for a digital health start-up focused on employee wellbeing, stress management, mental resilience and mindfulness. Dominika also lived in Denmark for 4 years, where she studied, biked a lot and learned what hygge really means. 
 
Dominika holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Kozminski University, named the best business school in Poland and Central Europe by the Financial Times. In Denmark, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Sales and Marketing.
