He is a passionate leader who focuses on driving growth, building strong brands, and fostering a high-performing team with a sense of purpose and achievement. Prior to joining Right Management, Karel held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Booz & Company, and Kimberly-Clark. Karel has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a master’s degree in Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
