Sarah Peiker serves as Senior Vice President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), North America at Talent Solutions where she oversees the delivery of innovative recruiting solutions that enable companies to provide measurable results through their talent. Prior to her current position Peiker served as Global Practice Leader, RPO in Europe for five years where she established a strong and consistently growing RPO business and built a very high-quality operating team that led to the expansion of the organization’s global footprint.
Sarah is a recognized expert in talent solution design, HR technology, market intelligence, workforce consulting. Her exceptional communication and management skills enable her to consistently build credibility with senior-level sponsors. She is viewed by clients as a valued business partner who helps determine priorities and designs tailored solutions to address pain points. Peiker has successfully led large recruiting teams to drive client-specific results and recruiting team metrics, resulting in a significant increase in hiring manager satisfaction and a decrease in days-to-fill by an average of 45%. Under her leadership Talent Solutions has been named the global leader in RPO for eight consecutive years.
Throughout her career Sarah held a variety of senior HR and recruiting positions before joining Talent Solutions in 2000. Among her many roles at the company she most notably led the Talent Solutions Consulting and Research practice, which offers recruitment consulting services in the areas of recruiting process and compliance consulting, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate selection and training.
Sarah has written several Position Papers which have been published by leading industry magazines, websites and newspapers and was awarded the Jaspar Award Gold Medal for Excellence in Writing, Feature Story. She was also honored with a Stevie Award for Female Business Executive of the Year in 2019.
Sarah earned a B.A. in business from Michigan State University and completed Harvard Business School’s Credentials of Readiness (CORe) certificate program.
