RPO Practice Leader, LATAM, Talent Solutions

María Castro Nevares is RPO Practice Leader for Latin America. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina María serves RPO’s LATAM region, overseeing operations for global and regional programs as well as working on identifying and designing customized HR solutions for potential clients.

Prior to joining Talent Solutions, Maria worked at IBM-Kenexa for the NA & LA region as a HR Solution Architect building solutions for RPO and Payroll services, and previously worked as a RPO Delivery Manager in the Pharmaceutical, Automotive and IT industries. María also brings to the table experience in Resource & Capacity Management where she developed an understanding of resource planning. She has also led client workshops applying Design Thinking to analyze RPO processes.

Maria has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, is bilingual in English and Spanish and has knowledge of Portuguese language.
